Users are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded records, extracted details, dates, costs, notes and shared links. Always verify important travel information with the original booking source.

2. Document storage

MBV is built around cloud-controlled document organisation. Files connected through Google Drive remain subject to Google's account and storage rules. MBV stores organised records and links required to display and access them.

3. Temporary sharing

Share links should be sent only to trusted people. Anyone with an active share link may access the selected records until the link expires or is revoked.

4. Availability

We aim to keep MBV reliable, but service availability can depend on hosting, Google Drive, internet access and third-party APIs.
