Your documents stay with your cloud account.

MyBookingVoucher is designed as a travel document organiser, not as a public file storage platform. When you connect Google Drive, your uploaded files remain in your Google account. We store travel records, metadata and secure links so your trips can be organised into timelines, reminders, reimbursements and temporary share links.

What we store

Name, email, login details, trip titles, document headings, travel dates, notes, expense tags, reminder data and Drive file links.

Where files stay

Files uploaded through Drive connection are stored in the user's Google Drive. MBV stores the organised record and access link.

Your control

You can delete MBV records, revoke share links and disconnect Drive access. Deleting an MBV record does not delete the original Drive file.

How we use information

We use account and travel record information to provide login, trip organisation, document categorisation, reminders, reimbursements and temporary sharing. If AI document reading is used, the uploaded document content may be sent to the configured AI provider only to extract structured travel details for your review.

Sharing

We do not sell user data. Travel records are private by default. Share links are created only when a user selects documents and chooses a time limit.
